"Not happy with my order"
I wasn’t too happy with my experience ordering from oksgear.com. The whole thing ended up feeling like way more of a hassle than it should’ve been, and for what I paid, I just didn’t feel like the value was really there.
What made it more frustrating was dealing with support. It felt like they were just copying and pasting the same generic replies instead of actually reading what I was asking. Maybe other people had a better experience, but I left the whole thing feeling annoyed and disappointed, and I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

I ordered from oksgear.com the packaging was bad. The box showed up thin, half crushed, and there was barely any padding inside. The item had scratches on it like it had been sliding around the whole time in transit. When I reached out, it felt like they were more focused on explaining their policy than actually acknowledging the poor packaging. For what I paid, I expected way better. Really disappointed and I don’t plan on ordering from them again.

I had to keep reaching out just to get basic updates, which made me uneasy. When I don’t know what’s going on, I start worrying about things slipping through the cracks or something going wrong. A little more proactive communication would’ve made the whole experience feel a lot safer.

"My return turned into way more of a hassle than expected"
I ordered the item thinking it would be a quick and easy purchase, but once I realized it wasn’t going to work for me, the return process became a whole little saga. I reached out expecting simple instructions, but the replies were slow and the steps weren’t very clear. Every time I thought I knew what to do next, I felt like I had to follow up again or wait for another response. Now the item is sent back, but I’m still sitting here waiting on my refund. it’s been a frustrating experience.

"Trying to get a refund has been way more frustrating than it should be"
I asked for a refund and thought it would be a simple process, but it’s turned into a bit of a hassle. The replies have been really slow, and each time I hear back, it feels like I’m still not any closer to actually getting the refund sorted out. I’m still waiting, which is frustrating because I feel like once a refund is requested, there should at least be clear updates or some kind of timeline. I’m not usually the type to complain, but this has been disappointing and I’m definitely not happy with how it’s been handled.

"Customer service never got back to me"
I had to message them more than once just to try and get a proper answer, and even then I never really got one. it started to feel like my messages were just going into a black hole.
I’d already seen a few comments saying their customer service drops off after you buy, and this pretty much confirmed it for me. I kept thinking, yep, this is exactly what people were talking about. Even a quick “we’re looking into it” would’ve been better than nothing.

It was just frustrating and not the experience I expected. Maybe others have had better luck, but based on this, I wouldn’t order from them again...

I ordered this hoodie expecting decent quality for the price, but right away it felt super cheap. The fabric is thin, the stitching was already loose in a few spots, and after one wash it somehow looked like I’d had it for years. The sizing was off too, which made it even more disappointing. how is this okay for what they’re charging?

I found an item listed as in stock and was ready to buy it because the price seemed reasonable. But after looking closer, it turned out it wasn’t available at all. Kind of frustrating when you’re trying to compare prices and stick to a budget.

I bought this from Oks Gear expecting it to last a decent amount of time, but it started showing wear way sooner than I thought it would. It just ended up feeling kind of cheap after a short while. Maybe I just got a bad one, but the durability was disappointing. On top of that, I wasn’t thrilled with how the terms seemed to change along the way, which just made the whole experience more annoying than it needed to be.

"Wrong item showed up"
I ordered from oksgear.com and somehow ended up with the wrong item in the package. I had picked a specific item and size, and the receipt even showed the correct one, so I’m not sure where things went wrong. I was expecting this to be a quick, easy order, but now I have to go through the hassle of getting it fixed. it’s just really frustrating and disappointing when something that should’ve been simple turns into extra stress...

"I had a coupon pop up saying..."
I had a coupon pop up saying 20% off, so I figured sweet, decent deal. But when I tried to apply it, the site said it wasn’t valid for my order. The wild part is the item was literally on the promo page, so I was like… how does that even make sense?

The “sale” price looked good at first too, but once I got to checkout, all the extra costs basically killed the deal. Maybe there was some tiny fine print I missed, but it felt super annoying and kinda bait-y tbh. I’m not messing with oksgear.com again.

I ordered my usual size from oksgear.com, and it fit nothing like what the size chart showed. The shirt was tight across the chest, but then the sleeves were weirdly long, so the whole fit just felt off. What made it more annoying was that the terms seemed to change when I went to deal with it, which felt frustrating. not worth the hassle...

"Hard to judge value without actually buying"
I haven’t ordered from Oks Gear, so I can’t say whether the value is good or not. I was trying to look into it, but the repeated verification prompts got annoying after a while. I’d suggest checking reviews from recent buyers and comparing prices elsewhere before spending your money.

"Pretty close to the description, but not perfect"
Overall, I’d say the product was mostly in line with what oksgear.com described, just not completely. The size was right, and the basic features were all there like the listing said, so there weren’t any major surprises in that sense. That being said, the photos did make it look a little nicer or maybe a bit more polished than it actually is in person. It’s not a bad purchase, and I’m not really disappointed, but I do think the description could have used a little more detail so expectations were clearer before buying.
